What is the turn-around-time for orders?

-Orders are shipped within 10 business days of your purchase, usually much faster than that! If you have any questions during this time or would like to change/alter your order please email me at littlemissboutique19@gmail.com

 

What shipping methods are available?

-USPS is how your orders will arrive.They are shipped first class so they arrive within a week of them leaving my house, normally. Bows are sent in boxes to prevent them from being squished during transit. Tracking information is sent via email when your item is shipped. Shipments are not insured and LMB holds no responsibility to refund or return your items once they have left my possession. Insurance is not available on your orders. If you order does not arrive please reach out to me and I will do my best to help you solve the problem, littlemissboutique19@gmail.com

 

Here is the Returns/Refunds policy for LMB:

Bows, or accessories do not have a return/refund policy, unfortunately, clothes only. Returns on clothing are allowed with 10 calendar days of your purchase. You can email me at littlemissboutique19@gmail.com to discuss your return. Exchanges may be allowed if I have the item in stock. There are no restocking fees but you will be responsible for shipping the item both ways. When you send your email I will give you the address to send the item back to.
